FOREST OAKS COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE
RENTAL RULES
The Association takes pride in presenting our residents with a beautiful Clubhouse in which to relax with neighbors, friends and guests. These Rules and Regulations are established to permit any resident of the FOREST OAKS Community to enjoy the use of the Clubhouse without infringement upon the privileges of other residents and their guests.
The Clubhouse may not be used for business meetings or any other commercial use without written permission from association board.
The resident shall:
Be completely responsible for their guest at all times.
Assume full responsibility for damage or theft of items in the Clubhouse. This includes TV, fireplace, pool table, furniture, appliances, etc. Cost of any repairs or to replace items will be deducted from the deposit.
Not permit loud, boisterous noises, profanity, live, amplified music or other offensive behavior.
Not permit pets or animals of any kind in the Clubhouse area.
Not permit glass (bottles, cups, etc.) outside of the Clubhouse.
Assure no hot items are placed on pool table.
Assure pool table remains covered at all times.
Assure guest depart in such a manner that does not disturb other residents.
Leave the Clubhouse in a reasonable condition. (See attached clean up check list).
Close and secure Clubhouse
When using the Clubhouse for a private function you are to bring and use your own paper supplies.

Guests are not permitted to use the pool or exercise room.
RESIDENT MUST BE PRESENT FOR THE ACTIVITY. NO EVENT WILL BE BOOKED FOR RESIDENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 21.
The rental application and rules forms must be completed and signed by the resident. These forms, along with a deposit check of $175 made payable to The Villas at Forest Oaks, should be submitted to site sales consultant who will confirm the availability of the date and hold the deposit check until after the event and it is determined no damage was incurred.
